Car Runs Into Farmington Dollar Tree

FARMINGTON, Ark.—A car drove into the entrance of the Farmington Dollar Tree this morning (April 6) around 11 a.m.

The driver was an unlicensed 15-year-old girl according to Captain Mike Wilbanks with the Farmington Police Department.

The driver’s foot slipped off the brake and onto the gas pedal while she was in the parking lot, sending the car into the building.

Photos were taken showing the girl’s aunt’s white sedan inside the front doors of the building.

No one was injured according to police.

The incident is still under investigation.

The store is located on W. Main Street (or Highway 62), next to the McDonald’s and Sonic Drive-In.
