Major Cooldown Arrives By End Of August

A large airmass of cooler air from the north is expected to arrive by the last few days of August, lingering into September. The ridge of high pressure filled with relentless heat and humidity will retrograde back westward towards the Pacific Coast.


Highs temperatures will drop to the low 80s for the first few days of September.
