For the second time this month, Fort Smith, Arkansas has broken another daily rainfall record.
On Saturday, 4.04" of rain fell which breaks the previous daily rainfall total of 2.00" set back in 1989.
Last week on Thursday, Fort Smith also broke a daily rain record with 3.74" beating the previous record set in 1911 of 2.65".
