FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KFSM) -- An accident backed up northbound traffic on Interstate 49 in Washington County, but it is now cleared.
The accident happened around Exit 66, impacting all northbound lanes.
According to Arkansas State Police, Todd A. Wright was driving a 2010 Triumph Northbound on I-49, with Stephanie R. Wright as passenger.
The vehicle had a rear tire malfunction causing the crash. Stephanie R. Wright was killed, State Police said.
Todd A. Wright was injured and taken to Washington Regional Hospital. The extent of his injuries are still unknown.
