LOWELL, Ark. — J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. of Lowell has sued TTEC Holdings Inc. of Denver over an “elementary mistake.”
That “elementary mistake” caused a security vulnerability in software the company’s subsidiary installed for J.B. Hunt’s online driver recruiting platform.
J.B. Hunt accused Avtex Solutions of breaching its contract and negligence in a lawsuit filed in Benton County Circuit Court by Jason Wales of Wales & Mikesch, a law firm based in Fayetteville.
