FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Are you a parent running out of ideas for summer activities? Play Street Museum is a whole new world for kids to play.
Located at 745 E Joyce Blvd., #211, in Fayetteville, Play Street is an engaging and educational museum for toddlers and children up to 8 years old. The museum's goal is to inspire young children to gain a sense of independence, exploration, and creativity.
The play area of the museum replicates a college town where kids can become anything they want. There's a miniature construction company, veterinarian school, bakery, and cafeteria.
While off the clock from their careers as a baker or a vet, the kids can indulge in some crafting. Throughout the day, Play Street's craft station has a slime lab, dip dye, canvas painting, pottery painting, and other activities for visitors.
There's also a toy store full of educational games, dress-up clothes, and more.
On this episode of Around the Corner, the 5NEWS morning crew played around at the Play Street Museum with some small special guests — Zac's adorable kids!
This episode was less about the 5NEWS crew and more about the kids. They got to explore the museum, try out some careers, and make some slime at Play Street's slime lab.
