FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A popular lobster food truck is returning to Arkansas next week.
Cousins Maine Lobster is hitting the road and will be traveling through Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana throughout the first week of August.
The truck will make two stops in Northwest Arkansas, one at Social Project Brewing Co. in Bentonville and another at Fossil Cove Brewing Co. in Fayetteville, where the truck has set up shop before.
The company, which first launched in 2012, has trucks across the country and is continuing to grow.
Menu items include lobster rolls, lobster bisque, New England clam chowder, lobster tail and tots, and more.
"At Cousins Maine Lobster we strive to bring our family traditions to yours. Food as authentic as the place it comes from and as unique as the people that harvest them. That’s what we’re about," the company's website says.
