VAN BUREN, Ark. — Nabholz Construction Corp. of Conway on Monday announced the acquisition of Brother’s Construction Inc. of Van Buren.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In a news release, Nabholz said the deal will expand its infrastructure construction services, allowing it to better serve customers throughout northwest Arkansas and the River Valley.
