FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — It’s only eight blocks but it’s still a big move for the fast-casual restaurant chain Slim Chickens of Fayetteville.
Tom Gordon, the CEO and founder of Slim Chickens, confirmed that he did, in fact, purchase the four-story 35,700-SF office building on East Millsap Road for $6.4 million. The building overlooks Fulbright Expressway in north Fayetteville and was once the prominent home of the Kutak Rock Law Firm.
Slim Chickens will occupy the top three floors of the building, about 26,370 SF. Gordon said he expects to move in in the fourth quarter of this year.
