Alma couple arrested after Arkansas State Police allegedly locates CSAM

ALMA, Ark. — Arkansas State Police (ASP) have arrested an Alma couple accused of possessing child sexual abuse material.

Bobby Moore, 43, and Cassandra Moore, 38, are accused of one count of possession of CSAM.

Additionally, Bobby faces a charge of terroristic threatening.

A release from ASP said that the Internet Crimes Against Children unit and SWAT team executed a search warrant at the couple's home in Alma on Dec. 11.

According to ASP, agents began investigating Bobby on Aug. 10 this year after responding to a terroristic threatening call at his house.

Search warrants were later served on Bobby and Cassandra's phones, and CSAM was located on both devices, ASP said.

The release added that the Dyer Police Department, the Crawford County Sheriff's Office, the Van Buren Police Department, and Homeland Security Investigations assisted with the service of the search warrant.

Bobby and Cassandra are currently being held in the Crawford County Detention Center on $150,000 bonds.
