FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — According to court documents, Fayetteville man Jack Zivallic, 26, was arrested for downloading, viewing, and distributing videos that depict child sex abuse.
Officials say the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) contacted Washington County authorities to inform them that child sex abuse material had been downloaded through Snapchat on June 24, 2023.
A digital search warrant of the Snapchat account belonging to Zivallic reportedly found multiple videos depicting the sexual abuse of girls between 5-9 years old, along with messages between Zivallic and children where he exchanged nude pictures, and "talked to them about morality and submitting to Christianity," officials said.
After being arrested on Jan. 18, 2024, Zivalic allegedly told police he was addicted to pornography, and "accidentally" downloaded the videos of child sex abuse.
