FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A Fayetteville man has been arrested after allegedly recording a child nude in their home on at least 10 separate occasions.
John Stevens Wallace, 29, was arrested on Jan. 19 and is accused of 10 counts of video voyeurism and 10 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
Newly filed court documents allege that Wallace secretly recorded a child under 14 years old, in her home, while she was naked.
Additionally, Wallace is accused of possessing photographs or videos of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Wallace pleaded not guilty on Feb. 22. He's been ordered to not access any device that can access the internet.
Wallace's booking information says that he is being held on a $75,000 bond and is expected in court for trial in Washington County on Aug. 19.
