FORT SMITH, Ark. — Fort Smith police have arrested a man they say stabbed someone on Dec. 14.
A release from the Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD) said that around 3 a.m. on Saturday officers responded to Roosters on Garrison Avenue for a stabbing call.
Once on the scene, officers located a victim with non-life-threatening injuries, the release said.
Levi Daniels, 29, was arrested shortly after and is accused of first-degree battery. FSPD said he's being held in the Sebastian County Detention Center.
