FORT SMITH, Ark. — According to the Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD), they had been requested to issue a warrant out of Oklahoma for a man who allegedly threatened a bond service company.
On Feb. 13, FSPD arrested 44-year-old Justin Hendricks of Arkoma in the 2900 block of Jenny Lind Road.
"We would like to thank our residents in that area for their patience as this was brought to a safe conclusion," FSPD said in a statement.
