A Pine Bluff man is wanted in connection to a Fort Smith shooting that left one person hospitalized, officials say.
On June 25, an arrest warrant was issued for Keno Johnson, 33, after the shooting on June 21. Johnson may be traveling in a 2013 maroon Chevy Silverado, and "should be considered armed and extremely dangerous," police report.
Authorities advise anybody who encounters him to stay away before dialing 911 or calling the Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD) at 479-709-5100.
A release from the Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD) on the night of the shooting stated officers were dispatched to North 50th Street and Wirsing Avenue after reports of a shooting. One victim was located and taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to FSPD, and they said there was no danger to the public at that time.
