FAULKNER COUNTY, Ark. — Arkansas authorities arrested nine men in Faulkner County between Sept. 13-14 on charges related to human trafficking and child exploitation.
The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office, the 20th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and the United States Marshal Service joined forces with Covenant Rescue Group (CRG) to successfully execute Operation Room Service, which led to the arrests.
One of the suspects was 37-year-old Jacob Teel, a Cleburne County deputy.
The suspects and charges are as follows:

Joey Le
Age: 34
Charges: Two counts of internet stalking of a child, two counts of traveling for the purpose of an unlawful sex act with a minor and two counts of sexual indecency with a child
Joseph Capps
Age: 53
Charges: Internet stalking of a child, traveling for the purpose of an unlawful sex act with a minor and sexual indecency with a child
Caleb Higdon
Age: 28
Charges: Internet stalking of a child, traveling for the purpose of an unlawful sex act with a minor and sexual Indecency with a child
Easton Squirres
Age: 22
Charges: Internet stalking of a child, traveling for the purpose of an unlawful sex act with a minor and sexual Indecency with a child
Demarv Cummings
Age: 45

The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office said charges are subject to change following review by prosecutors. Additional charges may also come as the investigation continues.
