Oklahoma Attorney General releases '10 Most Wanted' list

The release said Drummond has partnered with the U.S. Marshals and multiple other law enforcement agencies to identify the 10 most wanted fugitives.

Oklahoma's 10 Most Wanted List

OKLAHOMA, USA — Oklahoma Attorney General (OAG) Gentner Drummond has released the state's '10 Most Wanted' list of criminals.

The release said Drummond has partnered with the U.S. Marshals and multiple other law enforcement agencies to identify the 10 most wanted fugitives. 

Anyone with information on any of these individuals is asked to contact the OAG's tipline at 405-343-8107 or email OKMostWanted@oag.ok.gov.

Here's the list of the 10 most wanted criminals in Oklahoma and a short description. 

1. Alfonso Mondragon, 49

Mondragon is wanted for murder in Pryor, Oklahoma. Officials say Mondragon allegedly murdered his girlfriend by blunt force trauma to the back of the head in 2004 and is believed to have fled to Mexico. Officials are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for any information that can lead directly to his arrest.

Police description: Mondragon is 5'8", weighs 160 lbs and has black hair and brown eyes.

2. Andrew Patrick Johnson, 35

Johnson is wanted for rape. Oklahoma authorities say Johnson is accused of raping a girl who was 15 years old at the time of the crime. Additionally, he is suspected of a 2022 domestic assault and battery in Kay County, according to officials. His last known address was in Winfield, Kansas. Oklahoma officials are offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information that can lead directly to his arrest.

Police description: Johnson is 6'4", weighs 260 lbs and has brown hair and blue eyes.

3. Juan Jose Rivera-Pena

Rivera-Pena is wanted for child molestation offenses that allegedly took place back in 2021 and 2022, according to Oklahoma authorities. The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any information that may lead directly to Rivera-Pena's arrest.

Police description: Rivera-Pena is 5'7", weighs 170 lbs, and has black hair and brown eyes.

4. Jose D. Cuellar-Becerra

Cuellar-Becerra is wanted in Enid for aggravated domestic assault, kidnapping, arson, drug trafficking, and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony. According to Oklahoma officials, the violent crimes he committed were in the presence of children. Officials also said the victim was severely injured after Cuellar-Becerra allegedly beat, tortured, and burned her with a torch. 

The Oklahoma Office of Attorney General is offering a reward of up to $8,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.

Police description: Cuellar-Becerra is 5'6", 160 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes and multiple tattoos.

5. Keith Alan Grimes

Alan Grimes is wanted for domestic assault and battery by strangulation in Muskogee County. According to officials, Grimes attempted to strangulate a person in Muskogee County. He also has prior crimes including robbery, assault, battery and threatening to perform an act of violence, according to officials. 

The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading directly to his address.

Police description: Grimes is 6'1", weighs 210 lbs, has green eyes and black hair.

6. Rodolfo Jaime Gonzales

Jaime Gonzales is wanted for two counts of lewd acts with a child in 2023. Officials warn the public that Gonzales "should be considered a violent sex predator." A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information that can lead directly to his arrest.

Police Description: Gonzales is 6 feet tall, weighs 200 lbs, and has black hair and brown eyes.

7. Jonathan Adrian Baez-Perez 

Baez-Perez is wanted for assault and battery with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction, and larceny of a vehicle. Oklahoma officials said Baez-Perez shot someone in the Enid area. He was cited for a firearm charge in California in 2021. Officials warn the public that Baez-Perez is considered armed and dangerous.

Oklahoma officials are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.

Police Description: Baez-Perezi is six feet tall, weighs 200 pounds, an has black hair and brown eyes.

8. Virginia Alice Hubbard

Hubbard is wanted for "neglecting the health and well-being of an elderly person," who she was hired to take care of. Officials said Hubbard allegedly had the elderly person "live in unsanitary conditions" and exploited their money after spending thousands of dollars on unauthorized purchases.

Police description: Hubbard is 5'5", weighs 215 lbs, and has blond hair and blue eyes.

9. Wenfred Louis Davis (Captured)

Oklahoma attorney's office has confirmed that Davis has been captured. Davis was being sought for multiple charges, including trafficking fentanyl, possessing meth, assault and battery, distributing cocaine, domestic violence, and felon in possession of a firearm.

10. Melvin Joe Stevenson

Stevenson is wanted for trafficking meth and larceny of merchandise from a retailer. Oklahoma officials are offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest.

Police description: Stevenson is 5'8", weighs 175 lbs and has black hair and brown eyes.
