Oklahoma woman sentenced to over 16 years in federal prison after being caught bringing meth and a gun into Fayetteville

Authorities found Boehrer with a gun and over a pound of drugs in her car back in February 2023.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — 40-year-old Cerina Lynn Boehrer, from Ada, Oklahoma, was sentenced to over 16 years in prison after being caught transporting meth across state lines into Fayetteville, Arkansas on Feb. 3, 2023.

According to a statement from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), authorities found Boehrer with over a pound of meth and a gun in her car. The drugs were sent to the Homeland Security Investigation Laboratory, where they tested positive.

The DOJ states this case was investigated as part of a program that brought together many different agencies to combat crime, known as the Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) program.

Boehrer will also reportedly face five years of supervision after her release.
