Van Buren porn actor pleads guilty to attempted human trafficking

The release states Hall would be physically violent with them when they would not create content.

VAN BUREN, Ark. — A Van Buren man has pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including attempted human trafficking, according to Crawford County Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Holmes.

On Dec. 17, Michael Hall pleaded guilty to attempted human trafficking, two counts of aggravated assault, and one count of terroristic threatening. Holmes said Hall was making "hundreds of thousands of dollars" selling pornography that depicted "legal-age girls acting as teenagers."

According to an affidavit, one of the victims said OnlyFans was Hall's full-time job when they moved to Van Buren in 2023.

The woman explained that she "couldn't really refuse to film due to the possibility of getting beat," the affidavit says.

Officials said Hall will now be considered a habitual offender "for all future criminal activity." Hall was given 120 days in county jail and a 10-year suspended imposition of sentence. Hall will not be allowed to "film, participate in, direct, upload or transmit pornography of any matter." He will also be prohibited from buying or selling it.

Crawford County victim witness coordinators ensured the victims received counseling and resources to get back on their feet.

"We hope this closes a chapter in these young ladies' lives and provides protection to any future victims," said Holmes.
