ATU completes $55M capital campaign

The campaign also raised funds for the construction of a new $50 million student union and recreation center on the school’s campus in Russellville.

ARKANSAS, USA — Arkansas Tech University announced the completion of its $55 million capital campaign, which raised funds for scholarships, student success programs and innovation initiatives.

The campaign also raised funds for the construction of a new $50 million student union and recreation center on the school’s campus in Russellville. The facility is expected to open in the summer of 2025.

The silent phase of the “Together, We Can” campaign was launched in 2018. By the time the public phase was announced in April 2022, it had already raised $42 million, ATU said in a news release.
