TIME magazine singles out U of A as one of the best colleges for future leaders

For the last 22 years, Walton College has been ranked in the top 30 public business schools, according to U.S. News and World Report.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark — According to a recent statement from the University of Arkansas, TIME Magazine labeled the university one of the best colleges for future leaders in the U.S., ranking it in the top 60 schools, and top 30 public institutions, ahead of many other SEC schools.

TIME and Statista analyzed the resumés of 2,000 top leaders in the U.S. — politicians, CEOs, union leaders, Nobel winners, and more across sectors — to assemble a list of the universities and colleges where they received their degrees. The list is also weighted for school size.

Many of the schools listed featured exceptional business programs, "an area where the Sam M. Walton College of Business has consistently shined," the U of A states.
