18-year-old motorcyclist killed in Bentonville crash

18-year-old Bryce Perry died after a motorcycle crash on June 19.

BENTONVILLE, Ark. — A teen motorcyclist is dead after a crash in Bentonville on June 19.

According to a release from the Bentonville Police Department (BPD), officers responded to the 900 block of SW Regional Airport Blvd for a crash involving a motorcycle and a truck at around 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday.

BPD says that Bryce Perry, 18, was driving his motorcycle westbound in the inside traffic lane while the truck was making a left turn from Regional Airport Boulevard to SW Eden Brooke Street.

The Arkansas Department of Public Safety (DPS) released a report that says that while the truck was turning, Perry collided with the rear passenger's side of it.

DPS reports that Perry died, and that conditions were clear and dry.
