BENTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — According to Power Outage US, 4,043 Carroll Electric Cooperative customers were without power on the morning of Aug. 8, 2024.
The outage started overnight, and as of 6 a.m., there had been no improvement. The electricity was fully restored at approximately 6:30 a.m.
