SPRINGDALE, Ark. — According to Washington County inmate records, on Oct. 17, 84-year-old Springdale man Earl Koon was booked into jail on charges of rape and second-degree sexual assault.
Bond is currently pending on Koon's rape charge, according to online records.
The Springdale Police Department tells 5NEWS the case falls under the Child Maltreatment Act, so further details about the case are not being released at this time.
