CARROLL COUNTY, Ark. — A three-vehicle crash on State Highway 21 in Carroll County left two people dead, according to Arkansas State Police (ASP).
The crash took place on Aug. 22 at around 4:55 p.m., according to the report. It involved three vehicles, one of them, a semi.
The report stated that a Toyota pickup truck was driving in front of a Chevy pickup truck before passing it "using the east ditch line." The Chevy "re-entered the roadway" and hit the front of the Toyota, spinning into the southbound lane. A semi hit the Chevy, causing the death of both people inside the vehicle.
The two victims were identified as 36-year-old Matthew Porter and 49-year-old Carrianne Henry of Berryville.
