Asylum X Haunted House in Fort Smith opens with Christmas-themed creepies

Inside, you'll find creepy babies, Santa hats on skeletons and Christmas lights leading you to more horror.

FORT SMITH, Ark. — People in Fort Smith may feel a chill this holiday season and it's not because of the temperatures. 

The Asylum Haunted House in Fort Smith is spreading holly and horror in its Christmas Haunted House claiming to be the only one in the River Valley.

Inside, you'll find creepy babies, Santa hats on skeletons and Christmas lights leading you to more horror.

"It is a Christmas party that the hospital staff through the patients that has gone wrong Krampus is invaded and taken over and took in and taken the staff hostage. Yeah, and all of the so as the farther you get in the more the more extreme it gets. It starts off nice and everybody has fun and towards you get out and when you get outside it gets a little more rowdy," said Owner, Dan Crawford.

The Haunted House was set up for just two weekends. The last weekend will be Dec. 15 and 16. 

The cost is $20 for general admission and $30 for a fast pass. There are also "monster lights" available for $5 to scare away the creeps. 

The haunted house is located at 223 N 10th Street.
