Bentonville Farmer's Market transitions to indoor season

The indoor season is highly anticipated following the outdoor season's record-breaking sales at $2 million this year.

BENTONVILLE, Ark. — The Bentonville Farmer's Market returned to the Record Downtown for its indoor season on Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Record Downtown.

As the market transitions for the colder weather, Downtown Bentonville Incorporated reflects on its successful outdoor season.

Dylan Taylor, Farmer's Market Manager with Downtown Bentonville Incorporated, said the outdoor season set an all-time record with more than $2 million in sales this year.

"We did have a great year," Taylor said. "We're hoping that we can still have people come out and support our vendors here and continue that momentum."

During the outdoor season, more than 100 local farmers and makers set up their small businesses during the weekly Saturday market.

To top the successful season, the Bentonville Farmer's Market was also named the Top Farmer's Market in the state of Arkansas.

The market is looking to keep up its prosperity in the indoor season. The Record will hold 14 more markets running until February 24, 2024. There will not be a market on Dec. 30.
