ARKANSAS, USA — A Northwest Arkansas teen is making the region proud. Peyton Bolling was crowned the newest Miss Arkansas Teen on Friday, June 14, at the Robinson Center in Little Rock.
Bolling will be a senior at Bentonville High School in the 2024-2025 school year.
"I am from the Bentonville School District, and their motto is 'where excellence lives,'" she said. "Since I was young and moved here, I think that striving for excellence and being able to be in the classroom and your teachers wanting what's best for you kind of shaped me to be the woman I am today and eventually win the crown."
She said this was only her second pageant ever where she won the competition with dancing as her special talent. Not only did Bolling win a crown, but she was also awarded a $20,000 scholarship.
As the new Miss Arkansas Teen, Bolling will represent the Natural State at the 2024 Miss America Teen Pageant in Orlando.
