BENTONVILLE, Ark. — According to the Bentonville Police Department (BPD), 20-year-old Reese Sullivan has been arrested for threatening to shoot or bomb children, the president, his grandmother, churches, and specific racial groups in rap music he wrote.
Bentonville Police Department said in the arrest affidavit that the FBI analyzed nine songs by 20-year-old Reese Sullivan. The FBI found "statements and threats" that spoke about killing specific racial groups, bombing churches, killing and sexually assaulting children, along with "shooting up his school because he was bullied," the affidavit said.
According to the court documents, the FBI also found songs with lyrics involving killing his grandmother, the president, and the senate. Despite searching his home, the FBI did not find any weapons or explosives.
Sullivan reportedly told BPD that in his rap videos, he uses a "character or persona."
