2024 Chaffee Crossing Food and Artisan Market returns

This is a family-friendly event that welcomes the public "rain or shine."

FORT SMITH, Ark. — The 2024 Chaffee Crossing Food and Artisan Market is set to begin next month. 

The market will be held the third Saturday of every month from May through October. Local food and art vendors are featured throughout the season as they bring things like pastries, farm-fresh produce, and handmade or hand crafted art. The market said it is "committed to supporting small businesses and fostering the community."

The recently opened Conex Bar, will be joining the market this year. Conex Bar is Fort Smith's first shipping container bar featuring a rooftop patio along with indoor and outdoor lounging. They will be hosting music artists like Mark Albertson, the Groove Diggers and Amanda Rey. 

This is a family-friendly event that welcomes the public "rain or shine."

“As the Historic district flourishes, the Market serves as a vibrant celebration of Chaffee's rich past steeped in American history, a dynamic present, and a promising future,” said Director of Historic District and Museums Cassie Burkard.
