ROGERS, Ark. — Chappell Roan, the best new artist at this year's MTV Video Music Awards, took some time to honor the Arkansas Razorbacks Wednesday as she performed The Midwest Princess Tour at the Walmart AMP in Rogers.
Roan, known for her unpolished charm and theatrical performances, brought the Arkansas spirit team on stage and called the Hogs between songs.
The 26-year-old Willard, Mo., native released her debut album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, in September 2023 and skyrocketed into stardom after the success of her song "Good Luck, Babe!" broke into the Billboard Hot 100.
