BENTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — A crash involving an 18-wheeler caused a traffic jam on State Hwy 16 in Benton County, according to IDrive Arkansas.
The report states all eastbound lanes were impacted when the crash occurred at 8:29 a.m.
The scene didn't clear up until 9:48 a.m., the report states.
