Domino's franchisee buys 2.5 acre tract on Crossover Road in Fayetteville

Domino's purchased the 2.5-acre tract on Crossover Road, just north of East Mission Boulevard.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A Domino’s pizza restaurant is heading to east Fayetteville after a $2.6 million land purchase.

A&M Pizza Real Estate LLC, led by Art Hurteau of Battlefield, Missouri, bought the 2.5-acre tract on Crossover Road, just north of East Mission Boulevard. Hurteau is a Domino’s franchisee for southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas and wrote in a recent social media post that A&M owns 37 Domino’s locations.

Great Southern Bank of Springfield, Missouri, provided a loan of more than $1.5 million.
