Springdale introduces plans for new senior center

The Springdale Senior Center will be two stories and have an open gathering place, meeting rooms, and pickleball courts.

SPRINGDALE, Ark. — Downtown Springdale announced plans for a new senior center today, Nov. 21, on Facebook

According to Downtown Springdale's Projects of the Future, the Springdale Senior Center will be two stories and have an open gathering place, meeting rooms, and pickleball courts. 

Improving parking is an additional future project of Downtown Springdale, which will "provide a coordinated system of on-street parking, shared off-street parking structures, and improved streetscapes and circulation."

Downtown's current projects are The "Big Emma" Development (estimated to be complete by December 2024), Luther George Park (summer 2024), Market Center of the Ozarks (2024), Hilton Canopy Hotel (September 2025), and 100 West Emma Project (December 2023).
