FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Fayetteville is among the top cities in the United States to have the most bicycle-friendly businesses, according to the League of American Bicyclists.
The City of Fayetteville now officially has 54 bicycle-friendly businesses. Fayetteville is ranked behind Tampa and St. Petersburg in Florida.
The League of American Bicyclists recently added the following Fayetteville businesses:
- Entegrity Energy Partners
- Flyway Brewing
- Onyx Coffee Lab
- The Hip Cafe
- Smokin' Oak Wood-Fired Pizza & Taproom
Fayetteville is the leading bicycle-friendly city in Arkansas with the only gold designation in the state. Additionally, the University of Arkansas is ranked the most bicycle-friendly Arkansas university over Arkansas State University, Hendrix College, and the University of Central Arkansas.
Rogers and Bentonville follow closely behind Fayetteville with a silver ranking. Bentonville has 15 bicycle-friendly businesses and Rogers has eight.
