FORT SMITH, Ark. — The City of Fort Smith has announced the dates for its Fall City-wide Cleanup event.
The city will host four dumpster locations on Oct. 19 and again on Oct. 26 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Dumpster Locations:
- Grand Ave Baptist Church at 3900 Grand Ave.
- N. 50th Plum Street
- Evans Boys & Girls Club at 6015 21st Street.
- Goldtrap-Gardner Boys & Girls Club at 8800 S. Dallas Street.
Proof of residency will be required through a water bill or a valid driver's license. Here's what items you can and cannot ftake.
Accepted:
- Household trash
- Furniture
- Refrigerators
- Stoves
- Washer / Dryer
- Freezers
- Microwaves
Not Accepted:
- Yard Waste
- Tires
- Car batteries
- Used motor oil
- Anti-freeze
- Herbicides
- Pesticides
- Pain
- Liquids of any kind
- Fluorescent bulbs
- Construction debris
