FORT SMITH, Ark. — Fort Smith police responded to a 2-vehicle crash on Old Greenwood Road and I-540 on Friday, Oct. 25.
Officials said this is affecting northbound lanes and asked drivers to consider alternate routes if they are traveling through the area.
It is unknown if anyone was injured.
