FORT SMITH, Ark. — The City of Fort Smith will hold a public meeting on Monday, May 20, to discuss the proposed water rate increase.
Residents are invited to attend and provide their input or ask questions. The City said this meeting will offer details of the proposed rate adjustments directly from the City of Fort Smith Water Utilities Department.
Those who cannot attend can still submit their input through an online survey. The survey will be available starting May 19, at 11:59 p.m., according to the City.
The meeting will be held at the Blue Lion at 101 N. 2nd Street from 3-5 p.m.
