FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A new hotel is set to be built at the former Bank of Fayetteville train site on Dickson Street, according to a press release.

The Hilton Motto & Tempo will be located at 542 Dickson Street. Dickson Hotel Depot, LLC, led by investor Shash Goyal, bought the 0.7-acre property for $4.6 million.

The building is expected to have seven stories with 220 to 230 hotel rooms. Developers plan to include a sports bar, coffee shop, and rooftop bar and restaurant.

Although construction has not started yet, developers expect the building to be completed by late 2026.
