FORT SMITH, Ark. — Fort Smith police say that an investigation is underway after a body was found inside a car in a parking lot.
A release from the Fort Smith Police Department (FSPD) says that police responded to a parking lot at 2425 Zero Street for a death investigation.
The subject was located inside a car, and the cause of death is not immediately apparent, according to FSPD.
Fort Smith police say that the subject has been identified, the family has been notified, and no foul play is suspected at this time.
