FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A crash in Fayetteville left a cyclist dead on the morning of Saturday, Nov. 18, according to a crash report by the Arkansas Department of Public Safety.
The incident took place at around 11:08 a.m., according to the report.
Officials say a 2011 Toyota was driving south on Shiloh Drive at the intersection of W. Martin Luther King Boulevard when the incident happened. The report says a cyclist tried to cross the crosswalk and was hit by the Toyota.
The cyclist, identified as 53-year-old Rickey Harrington of Fayetteville, did not survive according to the report.
