FORT SMITH, Ark. — Fort Smith police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a 60-year-old woman who was last heard from on Sept. 18.
Tracy Franklin's last known location was in the 3000 block of South E Street, according to police.
Her family is concerned for her well-being, and we need to locate her to verify her safety," the police say.
