GREENLAND, Ark — According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office (WCSO), William James Oliver Jr., 51, has been reported missing after leaving a home south of Greenland on foot sometime after 9 p.m. on Nov. 16.
Authorities say it is unknown where Oliver was going, but he was last seen wearing a green army-type shirt, black shorts, and gray shoes.
