VAN BUREN, Ark. — The Van Buren Police Department (VBPD) is asking the public for help finding a man who was last seen around three months ago.
Officials said 48-year-old Chris Paul Widrig went missing between Aug. 25 and 31 and was reported missing by his family on Oct. 2. VBPD said Widrig was sent money for a bus ticket, but he never picked it up.
Police say they have received reports that he is in Richmond, Virginia, but also have reason to believe he may be in the Tulsa area.
Widrig is 5'11", weighs around 165 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes, according to police. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact VBPD at 479-471-5057 or email eadamas@vanburencity.org.
