Power restored after over 2,000 people without power in Crawford County

CRAWFORD COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — According to Power Outage U.S., 2084 people were without power on the morning of Friday, Oct. 25. 

The majority were OG&E customers, with 1,246 reported outages, and the remaining 838 were with Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative (AVEC).

By 7:15 a.m., the total number had fallen to 1,221 outages, all from OG&E customers. According to the website, AVEC reported that all its customers' electric power was fully restored.

By 7:30 a.m., OG&E outages were down to 769. The cause of the outage was not detailed on either website. 

OG&E reports an estimated full restoration time of 8 a.m. 

By 9:30, all power was restored.
