JOHNSON, Arkansas — Johnson Square is looking forward to some big additions according to Bennett Commercial Real Estate (BCRE), with plans for five buildings on a lot that (for now) is an empty field.
BCRE announced plans and details for "The Warehouse District" on Oct. 15 that promise five buildings ranging from 3,100 to 10,600 square feet, set right off Johnson Mill Boulevard in Johnson.
Clinton Bennett, founder and CEO of BCRE calls the Warehouse District a "testament to the growth and vibrancy of Northwest Arkansas," and said the group is looking forward to seeing the area grow and attract new businesses.
The development will reportedly include retail businesses, as well as restaurants, a medical space, and 66 estimated apartments near both the Razorback Greenway and I-49.
