FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ark. — On Nov. 21, the Franklin County Emergency Management (FCEM) announced that a new tornado siren would be installed.
The roof-mounted siren was installed at the Pleasant View Rural Fire Department Station #2 near the intersection of Highway 215 and Locke Road, according to FCEM.
FCEM advised locals that they would perform a full-scale test on Dec. 4 along with other county sirens.
