GOSHEN, Ark. — Nearly two dozen firefighters responded to a house fire in Goshen on Saturday morning.
According to a Facebook post from the Goshen Arkansas Fire District, crews were dispatched to the 15200 block of Goshen Tuttle Rd. at around 6:45 a.m. for a structure fire.
On the scene, crews found a residence "presenting with heavy fire and smoke conditions," the post said.
Firefighters from the Goshen Fire District, Elkins Fire Department, and the Round Mountain Fire Department responded and "worked quickly to extinguish the fire and bring the incident under control," according to the post.
The Goshen Fire District said that the occupant of the home was able to escape and that no injuries were reported.
The post said that, in total, 11 fire trucks, one ambulance, and 22 firefighters responded.
"As always, we greatly appreciate the support of our mutual aid partners, as well as Central EMS," the post said.
