SPRINGDALE, Ark. — The Northwest Arkansas Naturals series finale against the Wichita Wind Surge on Sunday, May 5, has been rescheduled for the beginning of June.
The rainy Sunday in Northwest Arkansas led to the postponement of the game.
Now, the six-game series will be rescheduled as a part of a doubleheader sometime between June 4 and June 9. The Naturals have not yet announced the exact date for when Wichita, the Double-A Affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, will return to Arvest Ballpark.
According to the Naturals, their weather policy allows ticketholders to exchange the rained-out game ticket for a ticket of equal value, based on availability, to any regular season home game.
Fans must exchange tickets in person while the Box Office is open. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. On game days, it opens at noon.
If weather permits, the Naturals will return to Arvest Ballpark on May 7 to face the Springfield Cardinals, Double-A Affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals.
