MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Okla. — Around 32,000 marijuana plants, 5,000 pounds of untraceable processed pot, and six firearms were seized from several growing operations and dispensaries in Muskogee County last week, according to Attorney General Gentner Drummond.
The inspections were carried out by the Organized Crime Task Force, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority, the Muskogee Police Department, and the Muscogee Creek Nation Lighthorse Police Department.
As a result, 47-year-old Jinhe Chen was arrested for aggravated manufacturing and trafficking.
"These actions are the latest example of my efforts to dismantle illegal drug trafficking operations that endanger our communities," Drummond said. "I will continue to target and prosecute anyone associated with these dangerous criminal enterprises."
